Teriyaki is a Japanese cooking technique which involves cooking food in a sweet and salty sauce. There are many versions of teriyaki sauces, after extensive testing (and tasting!) we hope you’ll agree that our version is delicious! We’re using fresh ginger, soy sauce, honey, sesame and rice wine vinegar for a sticky glaze that had us wiping our plates clean! You could also try making this sauce and cooking tofu or pork with it. Our teriyaki chicken is teamed with pak choi and carrots on a bed of fragrant coriander jasmine rice.
