We’re off to Jamaica for our Caribbean inspired jerk pork dish! Traditionally jerk pork uses scotch bonnet peppers, for a milder effect we’re using chilli flakes with allspice powder and nutmeg. On the side we’re serving coconut rice and a pineapple and spring onion relish.
