FISH À LA MEUNIÈRE WITH LEMON & CAPERS

Regular price £9.95

Fish à la meunière is a classic French cooking technique which literally translates as ‘in the style of the miller’s wife’. It refers to how the fish is coated in flour and then pan-fried giving it a beautiful crust. It’s finished with a browned butter, zingy lemon and caper sauce. We’re serving the fish with crushed parsley potatoes and a crispy side salad of fresh sugar snap peas and radishes.
